Some items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. If you are returning used items we will charge a 10% restocking fee for the return which you will see deducted from your refund.
We require that you pay to ship the items back to us unless you have received items damaged or the wrong items have been delivered. In that case, USA customers can request a return label through help@wetshavingstore.com and we will send it after payment for the label. Once your returned items are received, you will be issued a prompt refund for the item total. We will not reimburse the shipping cost of your original order.
Soaps, creams, splashes, balms, and any product that is applied to your skin or body cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. This includes bar soaps, pre-shave, and post-shave (balms, splashes, oils, etc.).
For orders that receive free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund total as free shipping is a courtesy to our customers who make purchases over $70.
For international orders, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of the customer service agent. You may return items for a full refund but you will be required to ship the items at your own expense.

Please communicate with us via email at help@wetshavingstore.com before sending a return. DO NOT send a return without prior confirmation because we need to be aware of the incoming return. Sending your product without notice will delay the processing of your request. Our response time can be up to 72 business hours. Please wait for our response.
