At The Wet Shaving Store, we guarantee to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; usually, on the same day or the next. We are open 6 days a week - Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Your account will be updated when the items ship and tracking will be emailed to you / reflected on your store account automatically. Tracking information is updated via USPS and UPS and can take up to 24 hours to update.
The Wet Shaving Store is not liable for any missing, lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered by the buyer at checkout. The buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping expenses if the address provided is undeliverable. If a package returns as undeliverable the buyer can request a refund and the buyer will be refunded the purchase price minus the already used shipping costs. If the buyer would like to attempt the shipment again a verified address must be submitted and additional shipping costs paid before we can re-ship your order.
Once a package has been handed over to a shipping carrier, The Wet Shaving Store is no longer responsible. You can protect your package by selecting the Low Flat Rate with Protection as your shipping option.
APO/FPO addresses are considered Domestic Shipping addresses still and we are happy to ship to you! Tracking updates are unreliable or regular due to the great distances these packages may travel; we do not guarantee delivery times.
Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders to the US. Without protection and with protection options are available, and the rates fluctuate with the current shipping pricing. Select the Protected option to include insurance.
We offer ultra-premium rates starting at $11.99 for Canada and $12.99 for the rest of the world. Our worldwide shipping rates are tiered and based on the weight of your package. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees; these additional costs are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. All taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no way for The Wet Shaving Store to determine which fees and in what amounts the fees will be charged. The Wet Shaving Store is not responsible for undeliverable items in your country. Please make sure that you are aware of any shipping restrictions, requirements, and prohibitions before placing an order.
International shipments are shipped via a third-party carrier and USPS, FedEx, or UPS; depending on your choice. Once the package reaches its destination country, the package may be handed over to a local courier which is usually the local post office.
Ship via USPS and are then handed to Canada Post. You have the option to ship via UPS and FedEx however, this may require additional fees from the carriers upon delivery.
Free shipping is offered on orders that meet the current threshold for free shipping. This threshold may change depending on market conditions.

If your order package is undeliverable due to missing information in your shipping address, you can provide a verified corrected address and pay for the re-shipment. However, if you no longer want the order, you can expect to receive a partial refund after the undeliverable package has been returned to The Wet Shaving Store. Your refund amount will be determined after the package has been received and inspected for damage. If there is no damage to the products in your order, you will receive a refund of your total amount minus shipping, minus a 10% restocking fee.

"blazing speed" refers to the time between placing an order and the time the order is marked as shipped. We guarantee your order will be ready and shipped within 24 business hours (up to 48 business hours at most) from when your order is placed. At The Wet Shaving Store, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; many times your order will be shipped within a couple of hours after your order is placed (during regular business hours).
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours before the tracking information is updated by the respective shipping carrier.
This shipping option includes shipping insurance and order protection. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, your order will qualify for our order replacement process. This process can take some time due to the policies enforced by the insurance provider but we will work with the insurance provider to get your order refunded or entirely replaced. We will respond with more information about how to move forward. You must contact us within 24 hours of your package having an issue. We will verify all claims and provide you with the best possible customer service for your specific situation.
